Hand Painted Furniture

Create a unique and lovely work of art by adding hand painted decoration to any type of furniture.  Headboards, night stands, dressers, chests, entertainment centers, benches, dining tables, anything new or old.

Your imagination is the springboard.

Let's create something wonderful!

This accent table was first painted yellow with a brown glaze added to the braided accent.  Then the leaves, flowers and yellow bird were added all around.

Here is a close up of the bird detail.

This child size bench was first painted green then antiquing was added and rubbed off.  A fruit motif was then painted onto the center panel and along the sides.

This storage box was covered with a white wash to let the wood grain show through, then painted with vines and raspberries.

This china hutch was originally black.  The black lacquered finish was sanded down and repainted with off white.  Then the rose vines and new handles were added to give it a completely different look.

This is a cabinet to hold DVDs or CDs.  The owner wanted it painted to look like a victorian townhouse.  The tall skinny shape lends itself perfectly to that style.

The owners last name began with "W" so that was incorporated in the scroll work above the windows.  Window boxes full of flowers were added under the painted windows with tie back drapes.

Vines climb up the side of the house.

Here is another similar cabinet.  They lend themselves to be painted like victorian townhouses.  This one has a completely different feel to it with the red and green color scheme.
